Description of Formats:
Lunch-n-learns are single, one-hour overviews of a professional topic of interest. They normally meet over the lunch hour. Lunch-n-learns are designed to provide valuable information in a condensed form as a way to give an idea of what we offer in our other speaking and training arrangements. Group size can vary significantly from 10 people and up. Contact us to learn about receiving a complimentary lunch-n-learn session for your business, church or organization to get a taste for what we have to offer.
Speaking arrangements are customizable for the needs of your organization. A typical arrangement might be 1 to 3 segments of 60 to 90 minutes of teaching, where the speaker presents an in-depth view on a particular subject chosen by the organization.
Workshops are designed to provide 2 to 4 hours of intensive teaching and application on a particular principle of personal and/or professional growth. The structure will typically include: teaching information on the topic, facilitating discussion, and then seeking specific application of the principle through a goal-directed action plan.
Seminars are concentrated training sessions held over the span of 1 to 3 days. They are made up of teaching segments followed by several mini-workshops on various topics with an over-arching theme. Seminars can be held for small, medium, or large groups.
Mastermind groups are 5 to 10 weeks in length, and are composed of 5 to 10 individuals. These members take an in-depth look at a particular topic while going through a book/workbook together, and meeting weekly for teaching, facilitation and group discussion. There is an emphasis on personal application of the principles learned through this study. Each session is 75 to 90 minutes in length.
